GBM Fuel Inc dba American Propane sends text messages to customers about their propane deliveries — for example, a confirmation of the date and gallons delivered after each delivery. These are account notifications, not marketing or promotions.

You can also sign up when you open or update your propane account in person, by phone, or on your signed service agreement. Before adding a number, our staff read or show you this disclosure and ask for your agreement:

“Would you like text messages from American Propane about your deliveries and account? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help, and agreeing is not a condition of purchase.”

We only add a number after the customer says yes, and we keep a record of when and how the customer agreed.
