Program description

GBM Fuel Inc dba American Propane sends transactional text messages to customers about their propane account — primarily delivery confirmations (the date and number of gallons delivered) and account notifications. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

How to opt in

You are enrolled when you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive delivery notifications — online at our text message sign-up page, or while setting up or updating your propane service in person, by phone, or on your signed service agreement. We do not add numbers without consent.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop all further texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no more.

Reply HELP to any message, email gbmfuel@gmail.com, or call the phone number on your account statement.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on activity on your account — typically a few messages per year, sent after each propane delivery.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. GBM Fuel does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.
